Lime Atelier ("we", "us") is a decorative plaster studio based in New York. This policy explains what personal information we collect through limeatelier.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out a project inquiry form, join our Trade Program, call or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the finish you're interested in and details about your project.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use it and to measure our advertising. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the ad or link that brought you to the Site, and whether you submitted a form or tapped to call.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare samples and proposals, and carry out your project.
- To send Trade Program materials and occasional studio updates you've signed up for.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including counting inquiries that come from our ads.
- To protect the Site against spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services we use
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under their own privacy terms:
- Netlify: website hosting and form submissions.
- Mailchimp: Trade Program sign-ups and email.
- Google: Google Ads conversion measurement and reCAPTCHA spam protection.
- Meta: the Meta Pixel, which measures visits and inquiries from our Facebook and Instagram ads.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as intended without them.
- You can manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings and your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us (see below).
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project and keep reasonable business records, and then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
